Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Before & After Photos
This 30-year-old male had a history of having a rhinoplasty elsewhere in 2005. He subsequently had a revision procedure. Those surgeries resulted in persistent nasal deformity exhibited by a depression above the tip and some residual hump. There was significant scarring above the tip making the depression look more severe.Options discussed with this patient included a surgical revision versus fat transfer versus a nonsurgical rhinoplasty with a synthetic filler such as Radiesse. The patient decided to have the Radiesse nonsurgical rhinoplasty first. 0.6 mL of Radiesse was injected above the tip to fill in the depression and produce a better contour of the profile. His photographs three weeks later demonstrate marked improvement with almost 100% correction of the pre-existing deformity. There was no downtime with this procedure.
