This 58-year-old female was concerned with aging of her face and neck. Years of smoking and sun damage had taken a toll on her skin. She not only had laxity of her face and neck but diffuse facial wrinkling, as well. There was hooding of the upper eyelids and puffiness of the lower eyelids. After her free consultation she decided to have a Simplicity Lift, full face laser resurfacing, upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, Radiesse filler for the nasolabial folds and BOTOX in Tampa. This patient was a 41-year-old female who originally came to see us for hooding of the upper eyelids. However, she also had a weak chin and fullness below the chin causing a double chin appearance. The patient initially had an upper lid blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and was amazed by the natural results and short recovery time. She also started having Radiesse injections along the jawline to help correct her weak chin. She liked the results of Radiesse so much that she wanted it to be a permanent correction. This 49-year-old female sought consultation from Dr. Jasin primarily regarding hooding of her upper eyelids. She stated that it was a trait she had that dated back to childhood, but it had gotten worse as she had aged. She was interested in an eyelid lift (blepharoplasty) or a brow lift in Tampa.After Dr. Jasin examined her he felt that her brow position was adequate and that he could help her with an upper lid blepharoplasty. Dr. Jasin performs his blepharoplasties with a laser rather than a scalpel so the procedure is virtually bloodless which shortens the duration of surgery.This patient also had interest in non-surgical rejuvenation of the nasolabial folds. After her consult, she returned for filling of those folds with Radiesse prior to her eyelid surgery. She was extremely pleased with the results of both her upper lid procedure and Radiesse treatment. Her photos demonstrate how the blepharoplasty produced a more youthful and rested appearance.

Taryn, age 37, is a working mother of two young children and was concerned with looking tired. She could not take time away from her work so she was interested in non-surgical methods of rejuvenation such as BOTOX in Tampa. Even though Taryn was only in her early thirties, this patient needed re-volumization of areas of her face. Because contouring was the primary goal, Radiesse was the filler chosen. Her treatment consisted of Radiesse for the cheeks, below the eyes, nasolabial folds, lips, brows, glabella (between the brows) and the nose was re-shaped as well. She also receivedBOTOX injections between her brows and for her crow’s feet. This gentleman was concerned with his aging face and neck. As part of our evaluation he recommended treatment of very deep furrows between the brows. Although Botox is a mainstay for treatment of this area, this patient’s furrows were deep enough to require a filler as well as Botox. Therefore, the patient received Botox and Radiesse treatments for the marked furrowing of the brows. His photos demonstrate excellent correction of the area with the combined therapy approach.

The primary concern for this 55-year-old female was with lines around her mouth. However, she was also bothered by laxity in her cheeks, jawline, and neck, and was interested in having a facelift in Tampa.
